Privacy Policy & Data Ethics

Ailuro is built on a foundation of privacy. While the core engine (ODDLE) is designed to run locally on your device with zero data harvesting, this website requires a few basic interactions to function. Here is how we handle your information.

1. The Data Controller

Your data is managed by Stranded Panda Technical Solutions (Jeff Randle), located at Hogewoerd 116 A, 2311HT Leiden, Netherlands. KvK-nummer: 99814927.

2. What We Collect & Why

• Email Address: If you join our Build Log, we store your email via MailerLite to send you project updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Payment Information: If you become a Founder or Donate, your payment is processed securely via Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card details. Stripe provides us with your name and email to manage your "Founder" status.
• Usage Data: We use Azure Static Web Apps to host this site. They may collect basic server logs for security. We do not use "tracking" or "marketing" pixels.

3. Deterministic Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or "monetize" your data. We only share it with the minimum necessary "sub-processors" to keep the lights on: Microsoft (Hosting), MailerLite (Email), and Stripe (Payments).

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a resident of the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Want to be forgotten? Email Jeff at jrandle@strandedpandatech.com. We'll purge your email from our lists immediately.

5. Cookies

We only use functional cookies necessary for the Stripe checkout and MailerLite signup to work. No "creepy" tracking.

Terms of Purchase

Founder’s Tier & Donations

By becoming a Founding Member, you are supporting the early-stage development and technical feasibility study of Ailuro. This is a pre-order of a product currently in active development.

1. Fulfillment

Access to alpha and beta versions of the Ailuro engine will be granted based on technical milestones. We aim for transparency in our Build Log, but development timelines are estimates.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, Email Jeff at jrandle@strandedpandatech.com.

3. Contributions & VAT

Custom support amounts are processed as voluntary contributions toward development. All payments are processed as business revenue for Stranded Panda Technical Solutions and include applicable VAT.

4. Liability

Stranded Panda Technical Solutions provides the software "as-is" during the development phase. We are not liable for data loss occurring on pre-release builds.
